What is the cost of your services?

What types of payment are accepted?
We only accept credit/debit card, check, or cash. Please click here to book a cleaning.
When will I be charged?
Payment is due immediately when the cleaning service is completed. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.
What are the next steps after I book a cleaning?
You will receive a confirmation phone call, email, or text that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time for your walkthrough. Please review to verify all the information is correct.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
What services are not offered?
At this time, we do not offer turnovers, Airbnb or short-term rental cleanings, construction clean-up, vacant property services, hoarding clean-ups, RV cleaning, yard waste removal, scrap removal, or junk removal.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes, we clean homes with a variety of pets and our staff is used to animals.
Does your cleaning team use non-toxic or organic cleaning products?
We use non-toxic eco-friendly products when requested, so you and your pets are safe.
Do I need to start with a Deep Clean?
Yes, before your Recurring Standard Cleaning, you must start with a Deep Cleaning. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
Do you offer a guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least one week to correct any agreed upon issues in the event we should come back. Please review our policies.
I've never had a cleaning before, does my first cleaning cost extra?
While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.
